Payment is due as services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made.

Payment Options:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. You may also use these over the phone. You pay only your co-payment at the time of service.

If you need extended payments we offer no interest payment plans through Care Credit, a subsidiary of GE Credit.

Your Insurance

As a courtesy to our patients, we file insurance claims with all insurance carriers.

We work for our patients and not the insurance company. We will work with you to help you understand the type of coverage your employer provides. We attempt to determine how much your insurance carrier will pay toward your treatment before we begin your treatment however how much your employer’s carrier actually pay depends upon many factors over which we have no control. Be sure and ask about your coverage if you have any questions.

Missed appointments

In these days of hectic schedules we know your time is valuable, we strive to see our patients within 10 minutes of their appointment. We know you expect us to be ready to see you and we request the same courtesy. To prevent assessing a broken appointment fee of $25, we ask that you let us know one business day in advance so your previously reserved time can be made available to another patient.
